I don’t think it was intentional - also the video really proves nothing you can’t see anything besides his back and blurry vision - it looks like they had a struggle Nincevic hit him (also without intention) in the face, Toto was pissed and made a move. We don’t know what Nincevic did - my theory is that he also moved towards him and that’s why the headbutt even could knock him out, because it was a two sided motion ergo more power.
fact is that Toto was in shock and close to tears. and left the arena completly distressed.
fact is he has never backed down from his responsibilities before and that he usually is a fair man. i think he will say something about this very soon
also fact is neither him nor Nincevic have released an official statement so everybody shut the fuck up about it you can’t know if it was intentional and what happend exactly
also I completely dislike how the Füchse handeled the issue: annoucing that it was intentional and clear visible on the TV screen (which it was not) is the perfect way to create a whitch hunt
